Career Strategy

Where do I want to go and how do I get there?

 

Gain a deep understanding of your ultimate skills and key differentiators, a clear and concise view of your career development options and an actionable plan on how to get there.

Pending your goals and where you feel you are challenged, this module includes a recommended starting package of four individual sessions with a career strategist.
Leadership Assessment and Coaching also forms part of our modules.

Visibility

Will recruiters find me for the positions/ industries/ companies I target? 

Optimize your visibility with a solid CV and online profile that best position you for the roles you want to pursue.

Your online and offline resume should reflect your unique selling points (skills, achievements and qualifications) and tell a compelling story. It is also important to use the right keywords in the right formatting so that recruiters find you.

This module includes a dedicate one-to-one session aimed at defining your career objectives, followed by further discussions and the final delivery of the ready-to-use document.

To fully benefit from this module, you do need to be very clear on your career objectives and the type of roles you wish to pursue. An optional Career Goal Setting sessions can support you in defining the direction and ensure it’s specific enough to proceed to writing your resume.

Visibility

Executive Presence

I have participated in several selection processes but I am eliminated at the last interview stage. Why?

Executive Presence coaching is not about building a new persona. It is about doing yourself justice and helping other people fully appreciate who you are and what you can offer.

The Executive Presence module includes three to six personalized sessions. Based on your needs and objectives, we will use real life exercises and role-plays, often recorded on video. Your coach will provide you with concrete feedback and actionable tools to enhance your presence.

An initial Leadership Assessment will help to identify the issues that may be diminishing your interview performance. The input will give insights and focus to the executive presence modules. The initial Leadership Assessment session is optional.

Interview Simulation

Am I well prepared for interviews to convince on both functional expertise and leadership capabilities for my dream role?

The key to every successful job interview is preparation.

If you are interviewing for a specific role or simply wish to test your interview skills, our career advisers can support. Learn how to manage discussions with  recruitment firms or hiring companies, as well as the different interviews and questions formats.

This module includes interview simulations with a Senior Partner of our search firm or/and our Leadership Development Partner.

Leadership Transition

I just took a new leadership role and I want to make sure I am off to a good start with the new company.

Transitioning to a new role can be challenging.

Your first months with a new company are critical as they set the tone of your time within the organization. It’s when the first impressions are formed and when your credibility is established.

The module includes coaching sessions focused on three key areas that require critical attention: your team, your relationships and your priorities.

Cultural Awareness

I am in a new location and a new job and also to adapt to the local culture.

Working among people of different cultures can be highly rewarding but challenging at the same time. The way we communicate and build relationships is different from one culture to another and an understanding your own cultural background and
how you adapt to a new environment is key.

Over the course of one to three sessions you will create your own cultural profile and assess how different you are compared to the cultures around you. You will identify the impact of these differences and develop strategies for managing cultural differences
turning them into a competitive advantage. We also offer Expatriation or Repatriation courses for individuals or couples.
