Leadership assessment will objectively evaluate your ability to lead and manage others as well as your capability to grow into a business leader.
When defining your career strategy, you should first know where your leadership strengths and development needs lie. This will allow you to maximize the areas you are good at and target those areas which need addressing and which can propel you to the next level.
Our leadership assessments uncover both a leader’s current level of capability and her/his agility i.e. the potential to further develop and suitability for promotion.
The module involves the completion of three online psychometrics and an interview with our Leadership Development Partner who will then prepare an in-depth report to discuss with the participant.

We explore the strengths and development needs of a leader in-depth and help the leader create a bespoke, actionable development plan.
• Leadership Transitions
We support newly-hired leaders, or leaders moving into a new role, to identify and map out key priorities for his/her first 90/180 days.
• Targeted Coaching
We support leaders in addressing key development needs as outlined in their assessment report and development plan.
One to one coaching to build key leadership capabilities and meet various business outcomes e.g. leading transformation, driving performance, setting strategy and collaborating more effectively across boundaries.
