Jennifer is the founder and Managing Partner at Borrer Executive Search. Committed to strengthening leadership through the positions we place, Jennifer’s vision was to build a firm where recruitment is focused on people and on managing each mandate with the highest degree of ethics, respect and transparency.
Building upon a career within global organisations, Jennifer’s experience is in working across all sides of the talent acquisition triangle: within external firms, RPO consulting and in-house HR Leadership. Previously, she worked for Hays PLC, Hays RMS the Recruitment Process Outsourcing Consulting practice; Intrawest Inc; a publicly listed real estate development company as Head of HR EMEA, and earlier in her career within financial services as an institutional equity broker.
A native Montrealer, her experience spans five continents. She has been based in the UK, France, Switzerland and Australia and has recruited across Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia, for past 20 years where she has partnered global companies to attract, assess and integrate select talent. Today she is leading the firm’s Global Operations Practice covering end-to-end supply chain and procurement across multiple industries with a focus on the Consumer Goods sector where she also supports the global talent search for commercial and corporate functions.
Since 2009, she is also a recognized Career Strategist supporting global top ranked business schools, including IMD, with career design mentoring. Jennifer holds a Corporate Finance Degree from Concordia University and an HR Certificate from Cornell. She holds Canadian, Australian and Swiss nationalities and is fluent in English and French.
