I partnered with Borrer Executive to lead a global search for a newly created procurement excellence VP. The search came at a time when Coty was going through a major transformation following the acquisition of P&G Beauty. The selected candidate would need not only to build this function but also have the cultural awareness to deliver it in our highly diverse, agile and fast moving environment. We were presented with a blended list of candidates, not only those that ticked all the boxes and found within our direct competitors! The firm presented options for both up & coming profiles in addition to a few non-conventional profiles that I wouldn’t have considered otherwise. They really have the ability to think out of the box and find the best candidates that are fit for purpose in terms of delivering job content, fitting into our company culture and have potential to further develop within Coty.
