Andy is leading the firm’s Leadership Advisory Practice. Leadership Advisory is an integral part of the executive search mandates we are retained to deliver and equally serves as a stand-alone practice to partner with organisations to align their business strategy with their leadership requirements. He helps clients to identify and develop its top talent in the pursuit of optimal commercial performance.
Andy works with clients on leadership assessment and development, high potential identification, team effectiveness projects and succession planning. Throughout his career, Andy has worked across multiple sectors in differing geographies providing advice to organisations going through significant transformation.
Prior to joining the firm, Andy worked for a global consultancy and led its Leadership practice in New Zealand. Earlier, he was a consultant at Kaisen Consulting in the UK where he focused on executive assessment, development and team effectiveness. Before that, he was a senior partner at Osborne Clarke, a global law firm headquartered in the UK.
Andy has a MSc in Organisational and Occupational Psychology (University of Surrey) and a BA (Joint Hons) Psychology and Law (Keele University). He is a certified executive coach (International Coaching Federation) and is also certified to administer a variety of psychological assessments (British Psychological Society).
